Introductory Call

We encourage those who are interested in our services to reach out to us by calling our office at (513) 278-7467. You may also fill out our “Get in Touch” form at the bottom of the page, and we’ll reach out to you (please include your phone number in the “Message” box).
After our discussion, we’ll send a short Discovery Questionnaire to your email for you to complete. This will help us be as productive as possible during our time together as we move forward.

Discovery Meeting
A meeting to see how we can best be of service to you.
 
During this meeting, we will learn more about each other, review your completed discovery questionnaire, and discuss the topics and questions that brought you to us. We will also educate you on how we work with our clients so that you may leave this meeting knowing if we’re the right fit.

Onboarding & Implementation

Through our simplified and digital process, we will gather the information necessary to build out your client profile. With this information, we will also be able to open your desired investment accounts through our custodian, Charles Schwab.

Financial Planning Meeting
The most important step!
 
Once your account are opened, this meeting is where we'll take a deeper dive into your financial situation. As we have a more detailed conversation about your personal and financial goals, we can deliver an easy-to-follow roadmap that will help guide you to accomplishing them. This plan will address the areas that are most important to you, and outline the steps needed to conquer potential obstacles. It's important to note that the more open and transparent this phase is, the more detailed your plan will be.

Annual Progress Check-Ins & Ongoing Service

Through follow-up and check-ins, we’re here to ensure your plan is being implemented and followed. We encourage our clients to utilize us as a resource for any financial questions or situations that may arise in their lives. Life is constantly changing, so your goals will too. When new priorities lead you towards different approaches to wealth management and savings, we'll be here to adapt your plan so it transitions along with you.
 
We like to meet with our clients at least once a year for an annual progress update and strategy meeting. This meeting is for us to review your plan, ensure its up-to-date, track your progress, as well as make any other necessary changes as we move forward.
